How to be Fearless

When practicing feminine presence, you need to know how to be fearless. You must let your concern about what others might think of you fade to the side.

When facing the challenge of being fearless, one trick is to get as comfortable as possible with those character traits you may not be so proud of. These features are part of your personality and make you who you are. I call those traits beauty marks.

It takes courage to own your beauty, especially when it does not fall under the banner of conventional beauty. Think of how to be fearless this way: character traits set you apart. They give a woman her full voice and contribute to what it means to be truly beautiful.

“People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out but when darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed if there is light from within.”

– Elizabeth Kubler Ross

How to Be Fearless. Questions to ask yourself.

  1. Without hesitation, are you willing to drop into the deepest part of yourself and accept the truth that all of who you are is what makes you a beautiful woman?
  2. As a self-care practice, will you create the intention to practice accepting your imperfections instead of picking yourself apart and thinking of yourself as something that needs to be fixed?
  3. Whether or not today you can say “YES” to being the most beautiful woman you can be, are you willing to make this a woman-self-care goal?

Author Susan Jeffers answers the question, how to be fearless in the title of her classic book, Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway.
